This is my experience so far with Miss Christina. The first month before moving in, I let Christina know that I had a few requirements that I was not willing to budge. She said no problem to all. I thought great easy to compromise this will be good. A few months after being there I noticed a huge hole where the water meter sits in front of my gate. I looked at a property, then left a deposit. 5 days later I informed Christina my mom was air lifted to a hospital, and I wouldn't be about to move into the property due to her illness and just bad timing. $2895 deposit, I signed no contract, and they are refusing to return my deposit.
