This is my experience so far with Miss Christina. The first month before moving in, I let Christina know that I had a few requirements that I was not willing to budge. She said no problem to all. I thought great easy to compromise this will be good. A few months after being there I noticed a huge hole where the water meter sits in front of my gate. I have found the property manager, Lori, and my real estate agent, Christina, to be remarkably helpful to me. They have been very supportive in getting me good help when I needed it as well as being friendly and understanding in many ways. I highly recommend the RE1 team!

We have lived here a few months over a year and enjoy our home. Its nicely renovated with granite countertops, a huge kitchen sink, stainless steel appliances, and a nice enclosed area in the front. We love the privacy gate for packages. Christina and Lori are always quick to respond to us and get things fixed when it pertains to the home we rent and are very communicative.

I have had a great experience with this company. When something needed repair, they got it taken care of very fast. Lori has been my contact person, she has been nothing but nice.
