Just Fantastic . Alex Nugent was the only agent we reached out for selling our house. Even though we had never had any doubt on his capabilities since we also did our homework, Alex kept amazing us, professionally and personally, from CMA, marketing strategy, advertising, social media broadcasting, showing, weekend double open houses, all the way to closing. Every stage, step by step, happened so naturally, just like that was the way it should be. By the way, Alex also makes drone surveying videos himself. Just fantastic!

It was great working with Alex. Even though I was out of state he was able to make the process easy with his communication and making sure the process was moving on time and smoothly. I really appreciated the video recorded communications going over the forms to be signed. Well organized, made process stress free. Alex did an amazing job of keeping us informed through the process. With weekly updates and constant communication with the sellers agent, mortgage company, title company and hoa, alex made sure everything was taken care of for an on time closing. It really made this process stress free. Great agent who knows his business and know both the michigan and Florida market. Highly recommended.
