Dishonest with rental properties. Promises to fix things and doesn't. Promises to pay for improvements you make and doesn't. Out almost $2000 for a deck, fence we put up for our dogs, and storage shed after she promised us $500 for it and didn't pay. Made excuses when we tried to talk to her in person and quit answering the phone when we called. Maybe good for buying and selling but not trustworthy with rentals.
