We found the property we liked. This agency wasn’t even aware this property was available through realtor.com. All communication regarding the purchase came from our bank. We established a time and date, telephonically and via text with this agent, for a walkthrough before closing. The agent didn’t even bother to show up for the walkthrough and our calls went straight to voicemail.
