I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience involving Kristin Straetmans at Real Estate One - Chesterfield. She requested a showing of our home, which I denied within one minute because our property was already under contract and scheduled to close the next day. Despite the showing being clearly declined, she still brought her clients to our home, accessed the lockbox, and entered the property without authorization.
