Gayle is incredibly knowledgeable about the home selling and buying process. From what to expect during inspections, how mortgage programs work and which type of loans affect the selling process, the closing process, the entire thing. She is top notch!
One of the realtors in this office Janice Raupp scheduled a showing for me and then on the day of the showing waited until 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me she couldn't make it. She had all morning to tell me and she waited until 30 minutes before the appointment. And by that time I had already driven out there and had arrived and was sitting in the parking lot waiting.
