I had the pleasure of working with Sandi, from my first correspondence I knew this was going to be a good experience. Sandi listened to me and immediately went to work on finding me my dream home. I am from NH and only had 3 days on this visit to look at houses. Sandi set up showings for 16 houses over a 2 day period. It was the 15th house I walked in an knew I had found my home. Sandi is amazing at negotiating price. Sandi is hands on from start to finish.
My husband Ken and I hired Sandi Carson from Real Estate of Florida, she assisted us in securing the condo rental in Port St. Lucie. Sandi was awesome, she was on the spot with any questions or concerns we had. She didn't stop the search until we had exactly what we wanted. She even let us see the condo twice before signing. do not recommend the realtor that that brought the people whom bought our house always showed up drunk so drunk that she left her beverage in our driveway as she drove off, this happened 4 times that she arrived completely intoxicated and then drove off. it really shows what type of company this is to tolerate this type of behavior. our youngest child was hit by a drunk driver and is still injured to this day so this disrespect from her really hit a nerve with us.
