This guy is a hard-core slumlord. Just shoots applications out to anyone who asks anything... Like 'does the house have an air conditioner'. Then he will belittle you if you suggest having a conversation before you give him your social security number. Extreme egomaniac mixed with greed. A bizarre level of slum lord only found in Arkansas.
