My wife and I rented from Nate for over 3 years. He was easy to work with, responsive to calls and texts and timely in getting repairs completed. This guy is definitely a slum lord I put in a few orders several times when I moved I also put in an order about my thermostat that kept sticking and would take awhile to heat up I also complained several times about my neighbor who kept smoking it was coming through my vents and pipes the smoke was in my clothes my rooms after I complained about my neighbor I guess she was upset started doing things that made me fear for my safety so I moved out I talked with 2 different agents overtime 1 of the agents told I should be able... read more

This guy is a hard-core slumlord. Just shoots applications out to anyone who asks anything... Like 'does the house have an air conditioner'. Then he will belittle you if you suggest having a conversation before you give him your social security number. Extreme egomaniac mixed with greed. A bizarre level of slum lord only found in Arkansas.
