WOW! Erica was our realtor and she did a fantastic job walking/talking us through our first condo investment. She went above and beyond her call of duty! If there wasn't something she couldn't answer right away, she did her research and also asked her co-workers if she couldn't come up with the answer for me, and got back to me within hours. I highly recommend Modo real estate, and if this investment does well, we are definitely going to buy another one with them. Thank you for everything and making this SO easy!!
