Terrible experience. Broker charged $1200/month for hanging a license. We (Tim Krey and I) sat down at Caribou and I explained to him bullet points about my position was in real estate. He stated they could accommodate and make revisions to hanging a license. Once I decided to terminate my license - I was charge was for $2470 in my bank account. Pat listed my Fathers property for sale in Hinkley MN 7 days ago. 39604 Wildlife Road, Hinkley , MN with 19 pictures, none of the basement or the inside of the new garage. Laziest at it finest…. Had another Realator look at his notes and first thing he said was why was there nothing listed about the prime hunting location, ponds, and trails on property.
