We just closed on a house that April sold for us. She went above and beyond scheduling contractors to get repairs done within a very short deadline. This is the 2nd house that she has managed and sold for us and both times she worked hard to get things done. She handled everything professionally and was very good going between us and the buyer.
I currently rent from them. I'll be moving and using another rental company when my lease is up. They are a "middle man" for the actual owner of the house and it's been a bit difficult to have them correct some of the issues this place has. There's no heat, that among other things I definitely feel like I'm overcharged for rent. Update: I left my job while I was living here and was unable to pay the last month on my lease. I was going to rent an apt in Pickens co , called ms April and got the rudest response… then go to find out how many lawsuits against her and changed my mind instantly!! She sure is blessed to still be able to be a real-estate agent .. absolutely insane.
We have had such a positive experience with this company! I found April to be so kind, patient, and helpful for our move to the area from out of state. Communicating was easy and replies were timely. We absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a place to live in the area!
