We have leased a townhome in Thornblade Crossing that Real Estate Marketplace manages for four years. April and her team have always been responsive, professional, and on the job. We are very appreciative of the relationship we have with them.
We used Real Estate Market Place as our property management company the last few years. We started out doing a long term rental on our property, and the service was good with that option. Responsiveness was slow (we usually had to follow up once or twice to hear back), but overall, they did a good job managing the property.
