We used Real Estate Market Place as our property management company the last few years. We started out doing a long term rental on our property, and the service was good with that option. Responsiveness was slow (we usually had to follow up once or twice to hear back), but overall, they did a good job managing the property. We put the property on the market to sell mid last year and decided to short term rent it late last year. With the short term rental process, we were very disappointed with the service provided.
