Chadwick myers aka chadwyke myers with remnllc or real estate managment network, llc, should be avoided in the property management realm if you are a tenant if at all possible. The few times i saw him in person and during working hours, he smelled strongly of alcohol and was difficult to communicate with due to his level of inebriation. Management pretty much takes your money and becomes completely different than when you were first looking at the rental. They are unwilling to assist, rude, unprofessional, they lack empathy. The designated broker consistently makes excuses on why he can’t help you, avoids your calls, neglects promises, and doesn’t care if you’re inconvenienced as a paying tenant with a family. My close friend leased a home from this company. The lease was paid for the entire month that they were moving yet the company changed the locks so we could not have a cleaner enter the property. It was noted on the move in check list that the property was filthy yet we did not want to move out in tis condition. The professional cleaners showed up and could not enter. Horrible experience! They cost me thousands of dollars and took my money. They did nothing to remove a very dangerous mold infestation.
