Shay Howsmon on Mike's team helped us with the purchase of our home. We can't say enough about Shay. She is professional, great communicator and very responsive when we had questions. Buying a house is really stressful and she was very calm and had resources at her fingertips to make the experience as seamless as possible. We lived 3 hours away from our new house and when we couldn't physically be present we always felt confident in Shay handling the situation. Thank you Shay!
Mike has done a great job for us. He helped us buy a house 15 years ago and went back to him this year. We hired him for one house this year and he did so well we went back to him for another. He has been a great source for information, connections to contractors to get our houses ready for sale and for advice.
Mike did an outstanding job selling our property. Since we live out of state, having someone we could fully trust was crucial, and Mike exceeded every expectation. Mike was so incredibly helpful. We live out of the area, when we called him for help he was amazing. He did everything we needed done and we're not able to do ourselves. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Sold the house the first day it was listed!!
My ex husband hired Mike as our agent to sell our house as we were going through a divorce,. Mike only communicated with him and left me out of the loop on most decisions. I got stuck with repair bills I didn’t co-approve and then Mike scheduled a final walk through without my knowledge. As a real estate agent, he seems semi knowledgeable for as a client going through divorce, he was an absolute failure. I would not recommend dealing with Mike Wallin.
