Mike did an excellent job selling our house. It was a rollercoaster ride and Mike always stayed calm and professional. Mike is knowledgeable in his field. He always gave us all the options, then let us make our own decision. We had a few hiccups, no fault of Mikes or ours, Mike was quick to resolve the issues and get things rolling again. When a few repairs were needed he knows a lot of fast, friendly and reliable contractors. I would recommend Mike for all your real estate needs.

I purchased a home listed by this brokerage, and I strongly encourage prospective buyers to proceed with extreme caution. My experience was defined by inaccurate disclosures, poor communication, and a complete refusal to take responsibility when serious problems came to light after closing. Mike is awesome. he went way above his duty as a realtor. we live 1400 miles away from the home that he listed and sold for us. it was a challenge believe me.
