Respectfully, if I could rate 0 stars, I would. This management company is highly deceitful in making it appear like they’re willing to rent to you, just to let you down last minute. My application was approved. They allowed me to set up move in payments as soon as possible. But, what they don't warn you about is that they’ll continue to take other applicants for your preferred unit…even after you've already been accepted and it’s been established. Creating false hope. By far the worst real estate company I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve rented from places all down the east coast from Boston to NYC to Philly. Unresponsive, did not want to let me tour the property, and overall difficult to work with. To be fair, I only worked with Tim’s staff and not Tim personally.
Tim was terrific in helping me buy my home. He went above and beyond to help, answered many questions and guided me through the process with lots of patience!
Tim provided such excellent service and advice to my husband and I when we sold our home in Central Virginia nearly a decade ago that when my elderly in-laws needed to move in with us and sell their home we knew exactly who to call. Tim and his team were once again professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Being out of state it was incredibly helpful that Tim coordinated the necessary inspections and repairs for us, and he was always available to answer any questions we might have.
