Rick and Kaye sold our house in Rapahannock last year and we were very pleased with how everything worked out. There were some repairs and other services that needed to be done prior to selling, and they handled everything (which was great since we lived in Florida at the time). We are forever thankful as we couldn’t have done it without them.

We were very fortunate to have Kaye and Rick Kohler in our corner as we undertook the sale of our house in Rappahannock county, Virginia. We have used Rick and Kaye Kohler both to sell property and to purchase property and have been very happy with their handling of both of these transactions. They worked extremely hard to sell a very large property at a time when things in the market were not moving as quickly as they are these days and the result was excellent. We highly recommend them.
