I purchased a property from them in Welland and like another person mentioned it feels like a scam with this realtor and brokerage. They make you sign with them andnif you decide you want to do an assignment which they wheel you in by giving you no fee assignment sales but you have to go through them. They mislead and mis inform and should not be trusted. I am glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.
I purchased a property from them in Welland and this realtor and brokerage is a scam. There are a lot of hidden details in their contracts and if you decide to sell the property they will force you to sell with their own brokerage. There's alot of misinformation and misleading information to get people to sign. I would use caution and use an ethical realtor and brokerage. Please be careful.
