Jonas is great. Used him to sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses that we upgraded from in the past 20 years. Jonas is really good at negotiating and not only got us good high prices for our sales but also low good deals for our purchases. He knows the real estate business well and your in good hands with him. Recommend to use him for any sales or purchases. You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely horrible service. Words cannot describe our experience with Mr. Yumul. As a precaution, be sure to really know what you're getting into and how it will affect your position in the future, as the consequences could leave you in great disbelief, which was exactly what happened to us. I would never recommend this real estate agent.
