The Real Estate Growth Advisors management at Liberty Square Apartments in Hatfield is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We’ve submitted maintenance requests and followed up multiple times by phone and email, but the leasing manager and staff continue to ignore tenants. It’s extremely frustrating to live in a community where management shows no accountability or respect for residents. The lack of response and care is unprofessional and unacceptable. Tenants deserve better service and timely communication.
I have been a tenant at Liberty Square Apartments since 2018, and while the first few years were pleasant, the last three have been incredibly frustrating. For years now, I’ve been dealing with overpowering food odors coming from D hallway that spread through the entire D building hallway and into my own unit. Applied to Chalfont after being in communication via email for months and touring the previous year. I confirmed availability and applied. At the payment for the application it froze when I selected submit. It says not to refresh so I let it be for 15 minutes before refreshing. After it refreshed I submitted again and it went through, only to find out I was in fact charged twice. I inquire and ask to be refunded, as well as the status of the application. This management is the terrible management. In Hatfield property, we companied in month of May that one of the washer is not working in the laundry room, they still have not fixed it till date. Also, there are unknown bicycle laying around in the parking lot and management has not taken any action yet. Absolutely abysmal customers services and their apartments inside and outside!
This REGA manage property in Hatfield. It's Liberty Square Apartment. This apartment are not clean and have smoke smells in hallway. Too much trash laying around this property. Also, they never fix at one time, it takes several weeks too fix any maintenance issues. Cheap apartment. I would not even give one star. And not recommend anyone to rent Liberty Square Apartment in Hatfield, PA.
