Toured on of their properties to rent today, a house on the west side, and good god it was in such terrible condition. Walls scraped everywhere, the front windowsill half broken, shoddy paint jobs, the handrail to the upstairs being completely broken off the wall on the top of the stairwell. The back lawn was overgrown to the point where it looked like it had been neglected for months, it was halfway a jungle, and the shed also had a bunch of the homeowner's stuff in it as well. I made an offer (99%) to list price on Friday afternoon. Here it is Sunday afternoon and no word? Your realtor won't even call my realtor back. She called Saturday afternoon and she has not had a return call?
