Hired this company to over see my rental property since I wasn’t local, in the year we used them we never received an update on the property unless it was something WE had to fix. Come to find out from the neighbors, the tenants had way more people than they originally rented to, left a month early w/o paying and left the property trashed! Seems like the prop managers never did any kind of inspection thru out the rental time frame.
