First off I am only giving one star because you cannot rate a ZERO - Jeff has to be the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and don't rent or buy anything from this man. He is a bully and will harass you throughout your lease. The property we rented for our son in Reno was very neglected but sadly we were desperate for a rental.
