UNETHICAL This company is mediocre at best! They lure you in with listing for only 3%, which is half of what everyone else lists. The truth is, this is the main reason other agents won't show your house unless their client requests. By trying to save money you are limiting yourself with the amount of showings and a possible quick sale. Find someone else This company puts forth no effort to sell your home. They show no interest in getting the home sold. Its well worth the extra money up front (6%). Your home will end up sitting there while you loose money anyway.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is a horrible, unethical company! Spend the extra (find a 6% realtor) and know that you will be getting treated fairly and your house will sell! This company and it's owners are not welled trained and do no do half of the things they say they are going to do on your behalf. Save yourself the headache and look for a different company!!
