I have been a tenant of a 1-bdrm apt downtown (for 10-years now!) managed by Real Estate Connections & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live in Eugene! I am very pleased with their Maintenance Team's quick attention to maint requests and both Chris & Elijah are helpful, supportive, easy to talk to and work with. My experience with REC for 10 years now has been GREAT
I recently rented for a year with REC and had a great experience. They communicated quickly with the onboarding process to secure the unit; my maintenance requests were addressed promptly, and I received a fair refund of my security deposit. One of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered. They lied to me about being the only applicant on the place, they didn't know ANY details about the house they were renting, and extremely rude demeanor from both employees.
I have lived in the 19th Avenue and Potter Street complex for sometime. I appreciate the owners willingness to bring the property up to date while respecting its 100 year old qualities with picture rails, hardwood floors, tile countertops, vintage windows that work, copper doorknobs, etc. I like the new ductless heat pumps. The current team at Real Estate Connections is very responsive to maintenance requests. It’s a good place to live. Nice neighborhood.
