This company just purchased our apartments and let me tell you, Elijah is on one of the most rudest person I have ever encountered. He has never introduced himself just starts disrespecting you and talking at you like you're a child. I am definitely reporting this company to the BBB. and whom ever else I need to to get this guy out. I did a prior review and they had it removed saying I was never a renter. I rented from Real Estate Connections for several years and I have the rent payments stubs to prove my residency. I also rented from the exact same staff under their prior name. After us being sick and the unexplained deaths of our cats, I smelled a horrible smell coming from the other half of the duplex. I never make reviews because I just don’t have time as a single mom of two. Today’s experience warrants a review. I found this pm company because they had a 3 bedroom home advertised at $1195/month. It was way out in junction city but because I’d be saving so much on rent, I could pull off the commute. I made an appointment and went and picked up the keys after taking time off at work. This company has been great for us. Communications were mixed up on multiple occasions but worked out and corrected. Shawn and the woman that works the front desk are very kind and helpful. Oh and the office cat, best personality I've seen in a cat! Thank you Real Estate Connections.
