Horrible experience. They wanted an exorbitant amount of money to hold a property before I even had the opportunity to view it. I needed to view it after my application was processed to collect measurements to ensure it was disability accessible. The staff was less than helpful, rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic towards my need to collect measurements. Beware! These guys are scam artists who will take the majority of your deposit even if you leave the place in perfect condition. After moving out it was basically impossible to get ahold of them and they refused to give us a breakdown on what "repairs" the charges went to. Disappointing.
I would STRONGLY consider against using this agency for your home rental needs. I worked with Sandy Little on touring a property in Whit and NEVER heard back from her. Application submitted, follow up phone calls made on my behalf, and not even a courtesy call to say they weren’t interested. Unbelievable the world that we live in!
These people are amazing. Go to them if you need somewhere to live.
