Don’t rent from this “management” company. They can’t even manage their emotions, let alone their properties. They have absolutely no people skills, think it’s ok to be rude when you call in a maintenance request or to let them know there is an issue with your property and think they are right and you are wrong about everything. It’s their way or the highway and they will tell it to you just like that. Do yourself a favor and seek housing elsewhere!!! Horrible experience. They wanted an exorbitant amount of money to hold a property before I even had the opportunity to view it. I needed to view it after my application was processed to collect measurements to ensure it was disability accessible. The staff was less than helpful, rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic towards my need to collect measurements.
