I met Tyler years ago when my brother was moving and I thought at the time, I like his laid back approach to showing houses. He didn't try to tell us how to arrange furniture or follow us around the house. He's there to answer questions or find out information needed to make a good decision. He has excellent connections for inspections and title companies. Tyler did an exceptional job selling my house. Prior to the sale, he provided me recommendations for painters, contractors, roofers, etc. that I requested. I moved before putting my house up for sale and Tyler managed everything while I was across the country. Great with communication and worked well with potential buyers. I would use him again if I was still in the KS area!

We had a great experience working with Tyler during our home buying process! He is extremely patient and works with all kinds of buyers including us as first time home buyers. Tyler works his tail off to get you the information you request in a timely manner. He was also available what seemed like 24/7 to help with anything we needed. Tyler was absolutely fantastic to work with and helped sell our 32 year old home. The process was complicated by a medical issue which required a quick sale but Tyler came through for us with 3 offers on the 2nd day. We were very happy with all aspects of this process and Tyler even helped us with the purchase of another house that we bought from a private seller. We highly recommend Tyler! He’s a great realtor and an even better person!
