I rented a basement suit from this company and it was infested with bugs (4440 4TH ST SW Calgary AB) the property manager tried to say it was a seasonal issue however after finding beetles in my bed and a whole in the side of the building I advised them I wanted my damage deposit back and I would be moving out they refused and instead offered to bring in pest control which only fixed the problem for a matter of days after sending them more and more pictures of the bugs they agreed to let me out of my lease and refund me my d... read more
