I would never recommend Bob Kroll as a realtor. He is very disrespectful, unethical, and a terrible realtor.
Very unprofessional and unethical. We were under contract on a home Bob Kroll is the 'Sellers Agent' for. During the 5 day 'lawyer review' period, never was there an urgency to complete an Inspection by a given date. We had an inspection scheduled for 9am Thursday, on the final day of the 'lawyer review' period, we heard he wanted the Inspection completed by 6pm on Tuesday or no deal.
