We recently purchased a house that Mishelle Kasper was the selling agent and the experience was AWFUL. She put the house back on market before our contract was up and tried to force us to sign a release. She ruined our experience of enjoying buying our dream house and made the process incredibly stressful. I highly suggest a detailed thorough contract when purchasing a house with this agent.
I have known Mishelle for 25 years she sold our first house in Harrison Township and helped us buy our Dream house on Lakeshore. Each experience has been highly PROFESSIONAL. CLOSINGS WERE FAST AND EASY never a problem. She found a condo for my Mother when she came from Florida. This experiense was also seamless at closing. She sold the condo when my Mother became ill, and again the experience was awsome. We now have our dream house up for sale with her and I expect this house to be sold without a clitch...
