Haleigh Cook assisted me all the way through the application process. She was so detrimental in helping me with this process. Answered all of my questions. Almost immediately responding, if Texas Prime Real Estate has people like this working for them, I see nothing but being a pleasure to work with. The whole office is very kind. Texas Prime to the rescue! Yesterday afternoon, we were locked out of our home accidentally. I called in to see if they could help us and they came through with flying colors. They had a key with someone that could come out for a charge. We ask if we could come pick up the key and then return the key today and they said yes! A charge would only be five dollars.
