Very bad experience. Dale Flanagan of Central Seacoast Appraisals, Inc is very unprofessional and rude. Horrible business practice. Does not listen to you whatsoever and cuts you off while you’re talking. Does not care what you have to say. Wants to just do what he thinks, gives no crap about you or the bank. I asked him how the appraisal process works and why it took rather long to get a call from them, he replied very nasty with, he does not know what I am talking about and he does not care.
