I'm with most people here if I there was an option for no stars I would give it in a heartbeat. I started renting from harry in November of 2017, everything was great he said any issues we had at move in would be taken care of and we didnt do a full blown walk through because of this. Refused to fix roof during the monsoons instead put a tarp down and let mold spread. We had cockroaches. Maybe due to human feces left by homeless. AC was out 5 times. Electricity out 3. Standing water was left for 3 weeks at one point. We had a loose tile since moving. Missing blinds broken windows. We have luckily escaped and are moving shortly to a much cleaner place. If I could put zero stars, I would. Do NOT I repeat do NOT rent from this company. Harry is our landlord, he was so quick to answer his phone when I was calling him BEFORE we rented our townhouse, but now that we’re renting it he NEVER answers his phone. I call him, text him, but get NO reply. I have all of our texts from when we were talking about renting the place. When we viewed the rental and put down a security deposit, he said he was going to have somebody come clean it before we moved in. That was FALSE. Day of move i... read more
