If you’re looking for an awesome realtor, look no further than Farshad! We were referred to him by a friend, and he made our first-time home-buying experience a breeze. He was super helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to guide us through the process. Farshad really knows how to negotiate—he saved us a nice chunk of change on the purchase price! Very rude with terrible communication. Will reply with “nah sorry” if you won’t send all documents before a viewing of listed homes/ condos
