David was very thorough. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us only homes that fit our “wish list.” We came to Charlotte from out of town and David was able to get us under contract for in just one weekend. We would definitely recommend David and will use him again!

David is fantastic to work with. He is extremely in tune with the Market, the neighborhoods and the values of each. David even knew who built the home I bought that was built 40 years ago. He was fantastic at negotiating a very ugly inspection outcome between the seller and I. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge. I will definitely use him again and refer him to everyone I know who is shopping in this market.

13 years ago, David represented Pulte homes as the seller of one of their developments...due to David's professional expertise, 13 years we contacted David to represent us in the selling of our condo (which by the way sold in 1 day), and also in the purchase of another home. Having been a realtor, I have plenty of persons that I could "hired" to help us, but my wife and I felt that David would do the best job...and the last line in this story is "David got the job done".

This was our third time working with David, & once again, we were thoroughly impressed. Less than a week after placing our home on the market, we had multiple offers, & with David's help, we sold our home for 100% of the asking price! We have worked with David as both buyers & sellers, & we're convinced there's no better realtor in the Charlotte area!

My wife and I worked with David as both Seller and Buyer agent. As our Seller agent, he recommended updates to sell our house quickly, and it worked. We listed our house and in 3 days had an offer. As our Buyer agent, David was always very responsive to our requests for appointments to see different properties. He was flexible with his time and worked to meet our schedule needs. David was a pleasure to work with throughout the selling and buying processes.
