I would never use Ron Keil as a realtor. He was selling lots he personally owned at the same time we hired him to sell ours. We did not know it at the time. When we found out about it, he assured us that there was no conflict of interest. His lots were selling but ours weren't. The only time he came to us with a potential buyer was when he wanted to renew our contract. Of course, the reported interested buyer never came through after we resigned.
