Do not prioritize maintenance and keeping customers. Have had a leaking flat since I moved in in April. Temporary fixes and "we will get that organised" on permanent work. Can't speak to any CSRs ever.
I resigned a lease for one of their properties because I was told if I did my a certain date I would receive a $300 gift card for compensation. A year later, I have reached out and they are now refusing to give me my gift card because they forgot to put my name of a “list”, how convenient. That was borderline false advertising a breach in contract. Mind you they have done this to multiple people in my complex in Stillwater, OK.
