Great experience with this company from start to finish. Looking forward to cleaner air throughout our home. Our technicians were Alejandro, Jetsael, Yosvany, and Giovany. They were attentive to details and making sure that the work done was top notch! We could tell how hard they had to work at our house to achieve that. Our dogs were very comfortable with them as they communicated the status of the work throughout the day. Thank you! These photos are just a small example of the amazing difference in our units.
I’m so happy we decided to go with Real Duct Cleaning! They did an outstanding job. Our home has two AC units with different types of ducting—one of which had fiberglass insulation inside that was filled with mold. Brandon quickly identified the issue and offered a great solution to remove the mold and properly encapsulate the fiberglass. Today my ducts were cleaned. The crew were Alejandro , Giovani, Yosvany and Jetsael. First: I am POSITIVE the returns and ducts have never been cleaned (house built in 1964). My HVAC company recommended getting them cleaned and recommend Real Duct. They showed me pictures along the process and it was astonishing. I’m REALLY happy with the product. Alejandro the Two Giovanni's were fast and efficient in cleaning our three A/C units and ducts. Their attention to detail and care was evident throughout the process - inlcuding painting a duct cover that was not even visible. They took care to protect surfaces and areas during the process to minimize cleanup. At the end, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work performed by Alex and his team today. They worked efficiently and thoroughly for 7 1/2 to 8 hours, cleaning out our ducts with high pressure vacuums and non-toxic cleaning solutions with air scrubbers set out to clean the air.
