Great place and looks amazing
we have had the my last two sisters xv here and have NEVER had an issue until now that we booked with them again for my little sisters xv which is the last one the managers helper mentioned to us about giving us free bar as long as we brought the stuff (alcohol and supplies for mixed drinks) then my mom wanted to confirm about open bar to go but the items and the guy just told my mom she would have to talk to the manager so my mom dad and sister went to confirm about open bar when they were told 250 for bartender and we woul... read more
they lie to get more money out of you and half the time the restrooms don’t work. don’t recommend
The place was absolutely beautiful,decor and set up was absolutely everything My problem was the customer service was absolutely unprofessional. I work in the customer service field and I'm all about a smile, positive attitude and helping my customers. The day of my wedding 3/22/2025 my outside setup was for 70 ppl, and more people showed up than we expected. Therefore, we asked for more chairs and willing to pay, and the gentleman was absolutely rude about it. NEVER did they have anyone bring out extra chairs. If i would've... read more
