****update: Cotton Mill Interiors Was able to sell their sofa off the showroom floor. They discounted a bit. Good news- we got a couch after 4 months and Kathy was the salesperson on our side trying to help this situation. For that I’m grateful- please see Kathy if you need a trusted salesperson. You were supposed to deliver my Mother’s entertainment center yesterday after 6 pm. You did not call to let us know you would not be making it to our home. We waited until 9 pm before we closed the door for the night. I am very displeased with this lack of customer service. Especially with all of the trash you talked about Ashley Furnishings and how they don’t make their deliveries.

We offer our clients the names of delivery personnel or companies that you can contract out with for the purposes of installation and delivery to your home (or in this case your mother’s home). So happy to have a couch that is temporarily not destroyed. However, do NOT shop at Cotton Mill. I am SO done with their misleading sales tactic, policies, and outright deceptive nature. The chair should have had an ottoman...I was told it came together...they didnt charge me for it even tho I was never told it was a separate charge. But, whatever when you tell a customer that it *comes together* that means just that. Then, after they rang me up, they let me know they sont deliver. I love the fact that we can order from some many different vendors. The store carries so many styles of sofas and dining theres always so much to choose from. We bought several pieces for the living room of our newly renovated house. We are still loving each item. We had excellent assistance and she suggested and found some great things to choose from pretty quickly which was perfect because my husband usually does not have much patience for shopping. CMI arranged for our furniture to be delivered to Gainesville.
