Scheduled a viewing for today at 12pm but no one showed nor answered the phone despite me receiving confirmation texts that my booking was confirmed. Very unprofessional.

Good luck getting any real communication from these people! My sister and I have booked several appointments through both Jimmie and the site and all appointments to view the venue have fell through. Today we had an appointment at 11am to view the venue, she did not show nor did she answer any phone calls or texts. My sister texted her prior to us getting there to confirm we were still good for that date and time because there was a winter weather advisory, no response and we STILL came. I set up a viewing for 11/8 at 4:30pm I received a confirmation email and text but when i arrived no one was available to show the venue. I waited about 15 minutes and called twice and texted with no response. The confirmation said Gerald would be showing the place but no response no sorry we are running late, sorry we missed the appointment NOTHING! I would have understood if someone would have gotten back to me but nope! It was a waste of a drive and time!
