A very good friend of mine bought a Ranger boat from Real Deal Marine last year. I like his boat but wasn't ready last year to buy a new boat. I looked all over Louisiana and visited several dealers. I actually made a deal over the phone with Arthur Brown Jr. for my new boat. Seriously. It was well worth the drive. I would recommend Real Deal Marine to anyone looking for a new or used boat.
Just bought a new boat yesterday and couldn't have asked for better service
They sold us a boat with a piece messed up. It's a warranty item but they have made us bring it to them and leave it two different weeks in a row for the part to not even be in! Nobody communicates with each other!! This week we were told to drop it off Monday cause they were gonna over night the part.... called to get it today and nobody knew it was there �� So our boat has been sitting there for a whole week and nobody knew it was there. These guys have gone above and beyond the norm when it comes to taking care of their customers. I know for a fact that they did for me. Really appreciate good old fashion customer service. Kind of hard to find these days. Highly recommend.
