Mike and his son did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my outdoor A/C unit. They quickly identified that the capacitor needed to be replaced and had my air conditioning up and running again in less than two hours. Our AC unit stopped working over the weekend. I called Real Cool and they were able to come within an hour. There were a few issues with our unit and they fixed all of them pretty quickly. Their pricing was also very reasonable.
The team knows their hvac. Professional service including putting on shoe covers before coming inside each time. They diagnosed the problem thoroughly and offered several solution options. They are reasonably priced and they got my system back on line in 1 visit and I will definately use them again for any future needs.
Mike is amazing! We’ve been using Real Cool since we moved into the area 6 years ago. He does fantastic work, is very personable, and meticulously clean. I highly recommend Real Cool.
