I would highly recommend Mike for you HVAC needs!! Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and patient. He meticulously spent time diagnosing the issue and explained in detail, ways in which the units could be run optimally!! My husband learnt a lot from his visit.

After talking to two bigger companies and both telling me to replace my unit I got recommended Mike and called him out, he had my system diagnosed and up and running within 3 hours paying a fraction of the cost of a new unit. Well worth every dollar

Mike and his son did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my outdoor A/C unit. They quickly identified that the capacitor needed to be replaced and had my air conditioning up and running again in less than two hours. Our AC unit stopped working over the weekend. I called Real Cool and they were able to come within an hour. There were a few issues with our unit and they fixed all of them pretty quickly. Their pricing was also very reasonable.
