Real Clean was cleaning my pool for a while, then they decided to clean the pool filter. Their technician broke a motorized valve, acknowledge it on a call with him, his manager and me all on the phone, and then they sent me a quote for $125 just to send someone to diagnose the broken valve. For two days, I emailed and called them twice per day, trying to resolve the obvious issue. They never answered their phones, and they never responded to my voice messages or my emails. So I found someone else to clean my pool.
We have an oversized pool that overwhelms some people. Real Clean has been able to keep up with it and the recent group of guys have been fantastic. They have diagnosed issues and have the pool sparkling clear in the hottest of an Austin summer. You can't ask for more than that.
