Dryer Vent Cleaning - Five Stars + Melvin was prompt, polite, provided a hard copy of the quote upfront, discussed the steps, and got to work. After the job was completed, the areas were cleaner than when he started. He reviewed the work and shared images of the cleaning. It is a wonderful feeling when you connect with one of those special 'Five Star' service providers. Real Clean Environmental LLC is absolutely one of those. Highly recommend!!
Melvin from Real Clean Environmental was very professional and honest. After assessing our system, he explained that due to our mostly finished basement with drywall ceilings, he would only be able to access and clean part of the ductwork. Melvin and his company were excellent to work with. His was on time and immediately went over his plan for our ductwork cleaning. He checked in several times and kept me in the loop. When he finished up, he showed me before and after photos of his work. He did amazing job! Highly recommend.

Melvin from Real Clean Environmental did an awesome job on my dryer vent. From start to finish, I always knew where he was and what he was doing. He even had pictures and video to show me what my cap and screen looked like on the roof of my condo before cleaning it. He has excellent communication, is professional and backs up his work 100% (even when it was the dog hair that caused the problem).
