Melvin from Real Clean Environmental was very professional and honest. After assessing our system, he explained that due to our mostly finished basement with drywall ceilings, he would only be able to access and clean part of the ductwork. We really appreciated his transparency. Instead of just doing a partial job and charging us full price (like the last time we had our ducts cleaned), he took the time to talk it through with us. Dryer Vent Cleaning - Five Stars + Melvin was prompt, polite, provided a hard copy of the quote upfront, discussed the steps, and got to work. After the job was completed, the areas were cleaner than when he started. He reviewed the work and shared images of the cleaning. It is a wonderful feeling when you connect with one of those special 'Five Star' service providers. Real Clean Environmental LLC is absolutely one of those. Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend Melvin with Real Clean Environmental! He and his assistant did an amazing job with not only cleaning all the vents and ducts in our home, but also with communicating with us throughout the whole process. Seeing the before and after pictures of our ducts was great (if not a bit shocking). He also went above and beyond with fixing/sealing the shoddy workmanship of whoever last cleaned the HVAC system in our home before we owned it. Real Clean Environmental did an awesome job with our place. We appreciated how thorough Melvin was in both inspecting and cleaning our air ducts. He took both before and after pictures so that we could see what was going on with our system and then did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing. We would HIGHLY recommend Melvin and his company. Such a fantastic company--very professional, thorough, and informative. Definitely go with Melvin if you need air duct work!

If you’re thinking about cleaning your vents/ducts, DO IT! If you’re reading countless reviews from different companies like I did, hire these guys! The owner was puntual, professional and definitely got the job done. I already referred Real Clean Environmental to some friends and family. Here’s a few of the many before and after pictures.
