The repair man who worked for us left the roof hatch open on the coldest day of the year, and because the hatch was open all night our office heater burned out. Our heater never had problems before! Since the hatch was open all night it made the room 52 degrees, which was a uninhabitable environment for work, so everyone was forced to leave early and work from home.
