My wife and I have done many drop-ins and Real Change CF is top notch. The coaches and owner were super nice and genuine. We immediately felt the sense of community that CrossFit is so well known for. Next time we’re in Nashville, or passing through, we will definitely be dropping in!
I had the honor of briefly re-joining Real Change CrossFit while in town for the month after not working out for 5 years. I randomly dropped in and was immediately greeted by the coach who offered to let me join the class that was just starting.
