This company are very well run. There Buffalo team are very responsive. One of the best around!
This company is unprofessional. I had a viewing for a property that's been on zillow for 147 days. 30 minutes before the appt time I received an automated text saying the company has canceled my viewing. 30 minutes before !!! Unable to speak with anyone and their mailbox is full. I see why the property has been on the market for 147 days.
Biggest joke ever! They try to stand tall with their short text messages and lack of customer service, and to top it off they have a virtual office in Buffalo. It doesn’t even exist! Even though Google says it’s there it does not exist. This company has been the biggest joke ever since we moved to Buffalo. I’m so glad it’s short term but anyone looking to rent please beware before you rent from anybody who deals with this company.
Real capital group property management is a pleasure to work with. I have had an relationship with the company for years now. They have top notch communication and follow through with what they say. I would recommend them to anyone.
