Awful experience working with this property management. Unsure how they have so many good reviews. Communication is very poor, I have been waiting weeks for a response from their “executive team”. They sent cleaners to the house twice who did an awful job, still awaiting word of a refund for that. In general took a long time to get any progress on a vacant property. Would not recommend! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They do not have real location in Buffalo and are honestly sketchy. I rented with them for year, the property had mold in it, I started to get sick and told them about the mold, they had an attitude about fixing the problem. They attempted to just mask it by plugging in a dehumidifier, when I stopped paying rent they were conveniently able to get someone to treat the mold a week later.
