I am disappointed with how my rx's are managed. how my ongoing prescriptions have been managed. My last call to them, I specifically asked that my prescriptions be refilled on an ongoing basis and instructed the pharmacy to contact my doctor for a renewal if there were no refills remaining. Despite this, I am now completely out of medication,! No prescriptions in the queue, no refill request was sent to my doctor. Stopping my medication suddenly can make me very sick. Wow! It’s almost comical how this place is allowed to practice. Extremely disorganized and incompetent all around. Nothing is ever ready as promised or if a prescription is faxed ahead they cannot seem to find it on file. Does not instill any confidence in receiving the correct medication. Other than convenience while shopping for groceries, I don’t see any reason to come here and will stop. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.
