Real Canadian Roofing is the contractor you are looking for. I have dealt with them twice. At my old house it was an insurance claim. TD was totally satisfied with their work, so needing a roof at my new house, I called them myself. Since I am able to get on the roof from the balcony, I can see their work. It's tidy, professional, and they go the extra mile. They found a soft spot so they replaced some sheathing and added vents. The pricing seemed reasonable at first, but additional costs were added later that weren’t clearly explained upfront. I felt there was a lack of transparency throughout the process. While the roof was eventually completed, the overall experience left me dissatisfied.
