I hired Real Canadian Roofing Inc based on their positive reviews, but my experience was completely different. The project started late, and there was no clear communication throughout. I had to constantly follow up just to get updates. When issues came up — like missing shingles and crooked flashing — they either ignored my calls or gave vague promises to “check on it.” Very disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
They promote a “warranty” on their work, but don’t expect them to honor it. When I reported a leak just a few months after the job, they said it wasn’t their responsibility — even though it was clearly coming from the area they repaired. Dealing with them felt like a scam. Be careful
A colleagued recommended Real Canadian Roofing after using them for various projects over the years and they'd recently done a good job replacing his hail-damaged roof. I found Johnny and Jay to be courteous, honest, professional and knowledgeable and happy to share and explain their expert knowledge. They quickly produced a clear and understandable roof inspection to help me understand the health of my roof. Based on my colleague's and my own experiences I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
