I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't help leaving one for Real Awning. Great company, honestly. Kind services and fast delivery. The did a fantastic job on my order. I'm very pleased with how my new awning came out. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any awning related services and I will certainly be coming back later on!
If there was NO Stars I would give it. This company is AWFUL. Contacted them back in April 2016, I did my homework and THOUGHT it was a reputable company. Contracted them on May 7, 2017, installed June 13, 2017 and soon after found issues with the base of the poles bolted to my deck. Both were rusting out. Called the company, excuse after excuse, no shows even as recent as last week (yes, almost 1 year later). Contractor took our deposit of 50% in September, it is now December 22, no work ever done.
