Would recommend using a different service. Our appraisal came back nearly $100k less than the worth of our home in today's market. The comps used were no where near comparable to our home. A smaller house without any upgrades just next door was appraised for $50k more within days of Robert's appraisal. When my husband called to ask some questions, Robert was very defensive.
