Out of the 6 properties I've closed the last few months, I have done 3 with this title company. The first she was mad because I wanted to come into closing ( cash closing) even though I always pay sellers and buyers side. She also refused to ordered a home warranty and of course I didn't have the time so I didn't get one and have the major expenses, second deal was a little better but this third one they claimed to have sent title report on the 12th ( could be true have not checked) obviously me requesting it is because I ha... read more
