Miscalculated the closing costs by 10k, sent the incorrect number multiple times over the course of the week. Emailed me after all closing documents were signed to ask for an additional $7,500. My realtor was gracious enough to cover $1,500. I had to come up with $6,000 in an hour to complete closing. Absolutely incredible and inexcusable oversight and the "apology" was "sorry you had to send two wires" like the inconvenience of having to send another wire was the issue lol never again will I work with the company.

Working with Real Advantage Title was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable in all details of the escrow documents. They were extremely efficient. They made secure accommodations for me being out of state. I would highly recommend using them. I know that I will, if needed in the future.
